Spectrum refarming could be negative to telco players, say analysts

Analysts' remained "neutral" on the telecommunication sector citing that the spectrum refarming announced yesterday by the Malaysian Multimedia Commission (MCMC) could be negative for the sector.
Spectrum refarming is the process of reclaiming assigned spectrum to reapportion it to applicants.
