SKP purchase of Tecnic viewed positively

SKP Resources 's proposal to acquire sister company Tecnic Group's subsidiaries has been positively received by analysts, with the highest revised target price at 1 ringgit 10 sen.
SKP's reliance on British electrical appliance brand, Dyson as an income contributor will be reduced to 45 per cent from the current 65 per cent to its annual revenue with the acquisition.
