AffinHWang Capital said that amid a softening and challenging economic environment coupled with stringent credit approval standards. It was maintaining its ‘neutral’ call on the property sector.
It said that revenues will likely be robust with strong unbilled sales but margins will come under pressure from the weaker sentiment and rising development cost.
