Moody's: Lower tariffs possible

Rating agency Moody's expects most private power producers in the Asia-Pacifi c region including Malaysia, to lower their tariffs to reflect lower fuel costs.
It said that power producers in the region may also maintain a minimal reliance on oil or oil price linked natural gas.
