Structure of bank merger not finalised

CIMB Group's Acting Ceo Tengku Datuk Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz said that the structure of the proposed 3 way merger between CIMB Group Holdings , RHB Capital (RHBCap) and Malaysia Building Society (MBSB) has yet to be finalised.
He said that a decision on the merger would be made before October 8th.
