AirAsia finally takes flight in India

AirAsia India begin operations today with its maiden flight from Bangalore to India's smallest state, Goa. The airline, the first with foreign investment to operate in India has been set up by one of Asia's biggest low-cost carriers, AirAsia, and India's TATA Group.
