RHB Capital has decided not to proceed with the acquisition of a 40 per cent stake in indonesia's PT Bank Mestika Dharma for 65.113 million ringgit cash.

This follows its failure to obtain approval for the acquisition from the regulator of Indonesia's financial services sector, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
