'Fair and reasonable' offer for Jobstreet Corp

Independent advisor am investment bank said seek Asia investment's offer to buy Jobstreet's online job portal for RM1.73 billion cash is fair and reasonable.

According to the investment bank, the proposed disposal would not be detrimental to minority shareholders.
