In this vlog, im sharing my way on how to calm yourself down when a bipolar rage starts. These rages mostly happen for no serious reasons, but they are serious when they strike, rendering us hopeless, and sometimes inflicting self harm.
There is a way to stop your rage in it's tracks. It took me many years to learn how, but I have it more or less in control.
