At least three injured as gunmen attack Peshawar university

PESHAWAR: At least three persons sustained injuries as three gunmen, according to initial reports, fired from different locations at the city’s University of Agriculture before barging into one of its key directorates.
Our correspondent Shahzad Mehmood reported that the firing was still being heard from inside Directorate of Agriculture, which is located in front of the university. Those injured also include gatekeeper of the institution.
Another our reporter Adnan Tariq quoted IG Khyber Pakhtonkhwa as saying that the attackers were in veil and came in a rickshaw before they opened fire on the varsity gate.
