Man paints own road signs to help avoid jam

Bizarre footage from China of a man painting his own road signs in an attempt to alleviate traffic.
In the CCTV video, captured in Lianyungang City in northern Shanghai's Jiangsu Province on November 27, a man in a red jacket can be seen squatting in the middle of a busy road painting arrows.
Eventually, police officers arrive at the scene to stop the man, named as Xiao Cai.
Police fined the man and returned the road signs back to normal.
