We've used Metro Augusta Inspection Services twice and had great experiences with them on both occasions. They provided fair pricing, quick scheduling, a detailed inspection report that is simple enough for a lay-person to understand. We really like the report layout that allowed us to easily prioritize the work needed. Shane made himself available to answer all our follow-up questions. We highly recommend them!
