Ridiculous tech scammer virus claim! [new trick]

I get a call early in the morning from a guy named Charlie (aka. Raj) claiming to be from Microsoft telling me my computer has the virus called Code Red.
This is one of the most ridiculous scammer tricks ive ever seen.. check this out. the scammers opens a .exe with notepad and call the encrypted data the virus .
