Colombia's minorities still face armed conflict: Amnesty

A year after Colombia signed a peace agreement with the FARC, indigenous communities and Colombians of African descent still endure attacks from other guerrillas and paramilitary groups in an impoverished region of northern Colombia, according to an Amnesty International report.
