Opposition leader Kizza Besigye was illegally sworn in as Uganda's president on Wednesday, May 11 despite not wining the February 2016 election. He was later arrested. Yoweri Museveni is the president elect and is set to be sworn in at a ceremony tomorrow, on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
