YEN's Made-in-Ghana Project: Meet Richard Dogbe, the CEO of Job House

Finding the right job after school has become a major headache for many Ghanaians. Often graduates find it difficult to get good jobs regardless of their qualifications. Employers also sometimes find it difficult reaching the right skilled personnel for their job offerings, creating the phenomenon of square pegs in round holes. This has resulted in the general dissatisfaction with the choice of careers for many employees who work in roles they are not happy about but do so, simply to stay employed. Richard Dogbe, a young and enterprising graduate of the University of Ghana, has created what appears to be a double-barreled solution for people looking for the right jobs, and employers looking for the right people to hire.
