Charles Manson is dead. Manson was a sociopath and psychopath who shot to infamy int late 60s and he and his demented followers killed several people during the so-called 'Summer of Love.' While Manson himself never killed anyone, he did incite his followers to commit the murders. Manson spent most of his early life in and out of correctional institutions. He died at age 83.
