Mickey Rooney Fell Victim To Sick Death Bed Seduction Scheme!

Mickey Rooney‘s daughter-in-law seduced the dying screen icon while his stepson kept watch at the door — in a sinister plot to swindle him before he kicked the bucket, court records charge.
Legal documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com accuse Mickey’s stepson, Mark Aber, and his wife, Charlene, of an unthinkably evil plan to manipulate the then-90-year-old through “hushed, private conversations” and “kisses” — to secure a spot in his will.
“This was all done by Charlene in an effort to gain Mickey’s trust and affection for the purpose of ensnaring Mickey emotionally and alienating and isolating him from the rest of his family,” according to a lawsuit filed by Rooney’s widow, Jan.

During this time period, Jan and her daughter-in-law, Christina, “personally witnessed Charlene, on numerous occasions, engaging in unconscionably inappropriate seductive and personal contact with Mickey…including significant kisses on the lips,” bearing no resemblance to a harmless or distant daughter-in-law peck on the lips.
Rooney, who appeared in more than 300 films such as National Velvet and The Black Stallion over a nine-decade career, died on April 6, 2014, at 93.
Jan claims the seduction paid off: Mark and Charlene were named the sole beneficiaries of Mickey’s will, created three weeks before he died.

Officially, Mickey had little money at the

end — his house had to be sold to pay off debts — and, after legal deductions, he was worth a mere $18,000.
However, Jan claims the will isn’t legal and Rooney’s signature was faked. She also believes the estate is worth far more than $18,000 and has been fighting the Abers for four years. A new hearing is scheduled for Jan. 5, 2018.
