Launch of Penultimate Delta II Carrying JPSS-1 Satellite

United Launch Alliance have successfully launched the penultimate Delta II rocket today at 09:47 UTC, November 18th 2017, from Space Launch Complex 2W at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The rocket carried the JPSS-1 weather satellite for NASA into orbit. There is only one more Delta II launch scheduled for next year, parts for a final Delta II remains but has no customer and is unlikely to launch.
