China Claims "Dual Suspension" Best Option For North Korea Resolution

On Thursday, China said that a "dual suspension" proposal remains the best option to handle North Korea, after US President Donald Trump claimed that he and Chinese President Xi Jinping had rejected a "freeze for freeze" agreement. China and Russia have proposed that the US and South Korea stop conducting major military exercises in exchange for North Korea bringing an end to its weapons programs.
