How do you deal with an unexpected hand grab on the shoulder from behind? Master Wong reacted with a block and a punch, followed by another block grabbing his opponent and finishing off with a knee to the body. A technique that could be found in the Master Wong wing chun training system. This demonstration was performed outside the Ipswich waterfront. If you have trained the Master Wong wing chun system, then these self defence moves should be a breeze for you.
