Victim No. 4: Tampa Killer Apparently Strikes Again

It has not been a month and it seems that the serial killer in the Seminole Heights neighborhood in Tampa, Florida has killed again. The fourth person fatally shot was 60 year old Ronald Felton who was on his way to volunteer at a local church food bank. Felton was killed in the same area as the three other seemingly random victims, all in separate incidents in October. Mayor Bob Buckhorn has released a video of the suspect and a description from a witness who saw the 6 foot tall male running in all black clothing. Police think the killer lives in Seminole Heights and has asked residents to be cautious.
