Penn State hazing death: 12 more frat brothers charged

Twelve more Penn State University frat members were charged in the hazing death of 19-year-old Tim Piazza on Monday. Investigators recovered deleted surveillance footage showing Beta Theta Pi members giving Piazza alcohol. Piazza consumed at least 18 alcoholic drinks in 82 minutes. Piazza was so drunk that he fell down basement stairs and was intentionally left unconscious overnight.
