Joe Biden opened up about one of his regrets to Oprah: Not being president. "I have a regret that I am not president because I think there's so much opportunity. I think America is so incredibly well-positioned." Biden told Oprah The former vice president told Oprah he avoided the 2016 race because it was not "the right decision for [his] family." Biden lost his son 46-year-old son Beau to cancer in 2015.
