This is the 1998 PC version of Axis and Allies. It is worth noting that there have been two games made off of the original board game on the PC (the other one being Triple A.
Axis & Allies features 5 players controlling the 3 Main Allied Forces combating the 2 Main Axis combatants in World War II (Italy is controlled by the German player). France has been taken, Pearl Harbor has been bombed, and the whole world is at war. The Soviets have to worry about the Japanese invading their lands unlike Our Time-Line. While the rest of the land is shaped in the weirdest of ways, it's like we are playing Risk or something.
