Well after postponing this run a few times due to weather and other competitions , the date was set for this day and it was not looking good . \r I had thought of cancelling , temp was just below 0 celcius , drizzle , ice fog . \r Perfect conditiong for an Assault , but would the team show up ? \r \r Good thing I showed up , we had about 28 trucks ! Drivers were all dressed for the weather and ready to hit the streets ! \r Except Pat , shows up in a T shirt and shorts !!! crazy . \r We left the parking lot headed for the first objective , the Peace Bridge , As we got there we were spotted by a reporter from the local news , CBC .\r She cam up and chatted with me for a couple minutes , checked out the trucks and stuff . \r Turns out they kind of used part of it as a segway to the weather ,,lol \r My buddy JD was here though running camera for me and he caught the whole interview . \r So this is from the parking lot to the bridge , and CTG being interviewed . \r \r Thanks to all that came out for this !! Summercomps are held in outdoor locations . \r As the club grew we needed more space . \r PM Hobby approached me with an offer to move our course / club in store . \r Great plan ! we now have more room , more members , Pm is great place to have our club . lots to do , lots goin going friday nights . \r We hold 64 comps a year , Summerare outdoors , the rest are held at Crawler Teds Garage ,located in back of PM Hobby south location . every friday night and last sunday of every month .\r More good stuff coming soon at Pm , Stay Tuned !!\r \r We are looking for drivers for our Sportsman class, seems to be taking off . \r Shoot me a message on the forums or pop in Pm south on a friday night .\r \r As well as Comp crawling we also do a lot of trailing as you have seen . \r So many awesome trails in and around Calgary .
