Angelika Graswald plead guilty to causing the death of her fiance by removing the plug from his Kayak while paddling on the Hudson River in 2015. Vincent Viafore died while kayaking in rough water and police later found the plug to his kayak in Graswalds vehicle. The 37 year old latvian native struck a guilty plea deal receiving the Maximum sentence of 16 months to 4 years in prison for Criminally negligent homicide. Graswald is set to be out on parole by the end of the year.
