Scientists Discover Way To Potentially Slow The Aging Process
  • 6 years ago
According to a new paper published in the journal BMC Cell Biology, scientists have found a way to breath new life into old, inactive human cells. Researchers at the University of Exeter found that, one by one, a group of genes called splicing factors get turned off as cells grow older. However, scientists have found different chemical concoctions that can turn the splicing factors back on, causing cells to look and act younger.
