IFAK Medical Kit

This is my VERY FIRST attempt ever to put a video on Youtube so please overlook any mistakes, and yes I was a little nervous. I built this kit myself from medical equipment I already had from other kits. I hope that there is something you can take away from this video that will help you with your personal or family medical kit. That is the main reason why I posted this video. Again this is my opinion from my experiences and by no means am I giving YOU medical advice.just my opinion.
