Erics Ribeye Steak Panini Sandwich - Ribeye or Rib Eye

Join Eric as he makes his favorite Ribeye Steak Panini. This panini is grilled on a Cuisinart Griddler and has thin sliced rib eye, cheese, mushrooms and grilled onions. This panini is very easy to make on either an panini grill or on a skillet with a panini press. The Cuisinart Griddler does a good job grilling up the mushroom ad onion as well as the sandwich.
