A shocking new revelation has been revealed about the shooter Devin Kelley, who killed 26 people at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas. Kelley was part of the Air Force and was convicted of assaulted in a military court back in 2012. The Air Force was supposed to have Kelley flagged in a database as someone who cannot purchase a firearm due to a domestic assault. The military failed to send the documents to the FBI. "The Air Force is supposed to report the information to FBI. It was possible that it was never reported." Don Christensen {(oversaw Kelley's conviction) told USA Today "It's possible that somebody in the Air Force just blew it."
