A penny farthing rally takes place in the Czech Republic

They were turning back time in the Czech Republic on Saturday (4/11/17) - namely to the Victorian era. Cycling enthusiasts gathered in the capital - Prague - for an annual racing event. But the bikes they were using were a little old fashioned - as the BBC's Tim Allman reports.
