President Trump's Twitter account was down for 11 minutes Thursday night. Twitter broke into a frenzy during the short window in which his account was deactivated. By Thursday morning, Trump responded with this line. An ex-Twitter employee told BuzzFeed that "a lot" of people can suspend account, but not all can deactivate one.
