Trump: Hillary Clinton 'Paid For And Stole The Dem Primary,' Calls For Justice Department Investigation

President Trump on Friday urged the Justice Department to investigate Hillary Clinton.
President Trump took to Twitter Friday morning, lashing out at the Justice Department and the FBI over Hillary Clinton.
"Everybody is asking why the Justice Department (and FBI) isn't looking into all of the dishonesty going on with Crooked Hillary & the Dems," Trump wrote in a series of tweets. "New Donna B book says she paid for and stole the Dem Primary. What about the deleted E-mails, Uranium, Podesta, the Server, plus, plus...People are angry. At some point the Justice Department, and the FBI, must do what is right and proper. The American public deserves it!"
His tweets follow 2016 election revelations by the former interim chair of the Democratic National Committee, Donna Brazile.
As NPR notes, according to Brazile's new book, "Hillary Clinton's campaign gained significant control over the Democratic National Committee's finances and strategy more than a year before the election in exchange for helping the party retire lingering debt from the 2012 presidential campaign."
In another tweet on Friday, Trump said, "The real story on Collusion is in Donna B's new book."
"Crooked Hillary bought the DNC & then stole the Democratic Primary from Crazy Bernie," the president added.
Trump posted these tweets hours after his account was briefly deactivated Thursday evening by a Twitter employee.
