Michael Fallon quits as U.K. Defence Secretary amid harassment claims

The Defence Secretary Michael Fallon has resigned from his position after being accused of harassment. A spokesperson for Fallon has confirmed that he put his hand on journalist Julia Hartley-Brewer's knee during a dinner in 2002. Prime Minister Theresa May has appointed Chief Whip Gavin Williamson to replace him.
