Trump vows to step up 'vetting program' after New York terror attack

President Trump vowed to ramp up the "extreme vetting program" after the truck ramming attack in New York, which left eight people dead. The victims included five Argentines and a Belgian national. The suspect behind the terror attack was named Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov. Saipov, an Uzbek national, came to the U.S. legally in 2010 and reportedly resided in New Jersey.
