Multiple Fatalities Reported After Vehicle Drives Into Pedestrians on NYC Bike Path

Several people were killed in New York City when a truck drove onto the West Street pedestrian and bike path on Tuesday, October 31, the NYPD reported. Graphic footage showed the aftermath of the incident.However, at least six people were dead and another 15 injured in the incident, local media reported. The vehicle struck another vehicle as it drove south before the driver exited the vehicle and displayed an “immitation firearm,” police said.
