Part of the M1 was closed on October 31 due to a dramatic lorry fire. Sean Taylor shared footage of the vehicle engulfed in flames on Twitter. Witnesses reported hearing sounds “like fireworks” coming from the fire.Highways England said the M1 was closed between junction 21 for Leicester and junction 20 for Lutterworth.No information on injuries had been released at the time of writing.
