In Syria region under regime siege, shortages are getting worse

Abu Azzam has been on crutches for two years and can't work. His family, like many in his rebel-held home town outside Damascus, is hit hard by worsening food shortages and a lack of humanitarian aid as a Syrian government siege continues.
