In the second ODI match between India and New Zealand the Kiwi team lost the match against India. After loosing the match the Kiwi captain Kane Williamson spoke up on the failure of the team. Williamson said that the Indian bowler were so enthusiastic on the ground that the batsmen failed to face their bowling and it resulted to the loss of match. किवी कप्तान केन विलियमसन ने पुणे वनडे में अपनी टीम की हार के बाद कहा है कि भारतीय बॉलर्स ने हमारे लिए रन बनाना मुश्किल कर दिया. टीम की छह विकेट से हुई हार के बाद उन्‍होंने कहा कि भारतीय गेंदबाजों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया, इसलिए मेजबान टीम को जीत हासिल हुई.कीवी टीम के कप्‍तान ने कहा, "भारतीय गेंदबाजों के सामने रन बनाने में हमें एड़ी-चोटी का जोर लगाना पड़ा. उन्‍होंने कहा कि दूसरे वनडे में न्‍यूजीलैंड टीम का प्रदर्शन खराब रहा. इसके साथ ही केन ने भारतीय गेंदबाज़ों की कसी हुई गेंदबाजी की तारीफ़ की.
