Items Required: - Climbing Boots (Obtainable During The Quest) - Food - Combat Gear
Levels Required: - 15 Agility - 30 Thieving
1 - Talk to Commander Denulth in Burthorpe and Choose Option 1, Option 2 then Option 1 2 - Run to Freda Which is North West and Buy some Climbing Boots 3 - Run to Sabbots Cave 4 - Cross all the obstacles to reach the exit of the cavern 5 - Climb the rocks to the west and run east to the Arena 6 - Enter and Choose Accept Challenge Option 7 - Defeat Dad and Exit through the Northern Gate 8 - Go into the Cave and Out the Other Side 9 - Run Counter Clockwise past the Thrower Trolls and enter the Cave Entrance 10 - Run south through the wooden door and defeat a general and take the key 11 - Run back to the entrance then run north and down the staircase 12 - Unlock the prison door and head downstairs 13 - Pickpocket Twig and Berry and take their keys 14 - Unlock both cells with the People in them 15 - Teleport to Burthorpe 16 - Talk to Dunstan the blacksmith north east of the lodestone 17 - Quest Completed
