HI guys today I will be sharing my version of Tigerskin chocolate swissroll\r

For the cake \r
25g melted butter\r
20g cocoa powder\r
1 tsp vanilla\r
1 tsp instant coffee\r
100 g sugar divided 30 g for egg yolk 70 g for eggwhites\r
25 ml warm milk\r
65 g cake flour\r
5 egg yolk \r
5 eggwhites\r

For the cream\r
80g chocoate (I used dark)\r
1/2 cup crea,\r
1 1/2 tbs icing sugar\r

For the tiger skin \r
4 eggyolks\r
15g corn starch\r
30g icing sugar
