Seeing two groups of young men holding the chisel chases each other, people on Highway 51 through Dong Nai province panic, dodge.
By noon, October 10, about 10 young people in Nhon Trach district go on two cars carry a code, knife ... to Phuoc Thai commune, Long Thanh district (Dong Nai) to find young men to claim money.
Seeing the debtors standing with the youth group at the junction on Highway 51, they took out the slash chisel. Leaving the passage, a group of locals carrying a variety of weapons "counter-attack" created chaotic chaos, causing many to panic.
Police are present to intervene but many of them have escaped. Some people involved were detained for investigation.
