Spain prepares to take control of Catalonia

The Spanish government is moving quickly take control of Catalonia. The move comes after Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont urged lawmakers to vote in favor of the region's independence. Puigdemont warned Madrid that the separatists would continue to press for independence if the national government used its emergency powers. Carles Puigdemont warned.
