Video has emerged of a man trying to test the strength of Storm Ophelia's wind in Ireland's County Laois using a parachute-like device.
The experiment, filmed on Monday afternoon (October 16), didn't go as expected, with the man at one point being pulled along the ground by the force of the winds.
