From Bernie to Putin: Clinton book outlines reasons for election loss

Hillary Clinton has explained why she thinks she lost the US presidential election in a new book titled, “What Happened.” She recalls her defeat to Donald Trump, and throws accusations at people, countries and organizations that she says cost her the election.
In the book, she also compares herself to a character from the fantasy TV hit “Game of Thrones,” which social media couldn't resist picking up on.
