Hurricane Nate makes second landfall

Hurricane Nate made its second landfall near Biloxi, Mississippi. The Category 1 storm hit the area with winds of 85 mph. Nate previously hit near the mouth of the Mississippi River in southeast Louisiana on Saturday night.
