Elle offre ses services à toute personne qui "ne fonctionne plus" dans la société, ou vit en marge de celle-ci, et échappe à l'aide offerte par la société ou par d'autres initiatives. Avec sa méthodologie spécifique, son accueil, son écoute et sa mise au travail, l'objectif final d'un séjour au "Kromme Boom" est toujours la ré intégration sociale de ceux qui viennent frapper à sa porte."
