The Indian Navy on Friday thwarted a piracy attempt on an Indian bulk carrier in the Gulf of Aden. The Indian Navy's INS Trishul a stealth frigate, thwarted the attempt. The special forces of the navy have captured the armed pirates and recovered an AK 47, ladders, a small speed skiff used by pirates.
