Mysore, the heritage city, attracts huge crowds from across the world and is known for its jumbo savari or elephant march. The carnival of caparisoned elephant march has been the main attraction on the last of Dussehra festivity to mark the celebration of victory of good over evil. ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ನಗರಿ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 2017ರ ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ದೊರೆಯ ಅನುಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಹತ್ತು ದಿನಗಳ ದಸರಾ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಶನಿವಾರ ಜಂಬೂಸವಾರಿ ನಂತರ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಸತತ ಮೂರನೇ ವರ್ಷ 750 ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ತೂಕದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಅಂಬಾರಿ ಹೊತ್ತ ಅರ್ಜುನ ಬನ್ನಿ ಮಂಟಪವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದ. ತಾಯಿ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಚಿನ್ನದ ಅಂಬಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊತ್ತು ಸಾಗುವ ಜಂಬೂ ಸವಾರಿಗೆ ದೇಶ-ವಿದೇಶದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾದರು.
